Dear Sonoran Spa Owners,

It was obvious that owners represented at the February HOA Members meeting were overwhelmingly in support of the continuation of our services. We thank you and really appreciate your support. It makes us work harder for you. A small but very vocal group at your resort is making things unnecessarily difficult, but I respect their right to their opposing view point. We do need however, a good turn out on April 21^st at the HOA Owners Special Assembly. We also need you to prepare and submit your proxies to make sure all owners are heard. Attached to this bulletin is the proxy and process to complete. As doing the Apostille I offered to present for you. If you are from a state different from Arizona you can Google your Secretary of State’s office for their procedure. I am happy to look this up for you just let me know. You have almost 60 days to the meeting, but don’t wait until the last minute. Ask me if you need someone favorable to your position to name for your proxy and I will help. I can only carry 3 myself. Even if you are coming you should do a Proxy to someone just in case a last-minute issue affects your being here. This happened to 3 owners at the last meeting that were coming. Remember if you attend the POA is Null and Void by your presence.

Conference Call
We thought we would take a break this month from our Conference call as we just had a meeting and even though there are some new topics to discuss, we thought a break would be appreciated by all. It will resume as usual on the first Saturday in April, the 7^th.
