Dear Sonoran Spa Owners.
We have decided to move the Conference Calls to Quarterly unless a major issue should require interaction from the majority of our renting owners.
Here are some agenda items for the July 7th conference call.
New Service Agreements. We will be providing to you soon our 2018 Service Level Agreements. We have added some service level options and will provide you complete descriptions of the service levels so that you can choose the one most suited to your needs.
Room Safes – these are not a mandate but if you have it will allow us to go into the property when a guest is checked in but not present. The issue we had in the past was guests complaint of missing items. Since they will be provided a place to secure their valuable belongings it will make them responsible. The cost is $99 plus $15 to install. We use the same type safe for all units which allows us to have management access when needed for lost codes. If you have your own safe then please understand we cannot support the service issues they may present.
Wall Hung Blow Dryers – has been a mandate and we are updating our list to make sure they have been installed in all bathrooms. We have just gotten in another large order and are working to disburse to your properties. Mandates are priced to you at our cost as they benefit us all.
Resort Phones – for those that do not yet have their Resort Phone, there is an issue within the HOA Resort phone system. It will take trouble shooting to determine where the issue is. We requested access to do this and we were not given approval. So unless your HOA allows us access to allow a telecom company to login and test we cannot make any progress. I have purchased out of pocket over a thousand dollars in phones to complete this project and they are sitting in a box because we can test. I will update you in the next Conference call or bulletin when this is resolved.
Electronic Locks – we have started installing remote managed electronic locks on owners properties. These are locks we have used for many years now and have shown to be very reliable. These locks allow us to provide codes to guests and vendors that expire at a predetermined date and time. Owners are provided permanent codes. We have the ability to see anytime a code is entered into your lock. No more lost keys. We manage this from our Front Desk. The locks run $199.00 (prices subject to change) and there is a $50.00 installation and programming fee. There is a monthly fee of $10 for the web access service. These locks are attacked to a whole home management system that allows further upgrades and additional like: remote managed tamper proof thermostats, auto AC shut off when sliding door left open.
