Dear Sonoran Spa Renting Owners. These owner conference calls have shown to be very productive and informative with again over 25 owners attending. We are well on our way to another productive year for our owners and expectations are we continue to improve in pricing and occupancies. The topics of discussion for today are below and then we will move into an open forum.

• Owner vote to retain Castaways Services. Please support the continuation of our property management services at the Sonoran Spa Resort. Many owners have contacted me to show their support that we are moving in the right direction. The best will be if you can attend the owners meeting as this is a very important consideration for you.

• Proxy. The proxy system is cumbersome. Even if you plan to attend please provide your proxy to someone in case something comes up last minute. The Proxy along with instructions are attached to this bulletin for your convenience. It is very important that these are notarized and apostilled. There are 2 witnesses needed to legitimize and all 3 signors (Grantor, Witness 1, Witness 2) must be notarized. All three names need to appear on the line, “Personally Appeared”. If you get notarized in Arizona you can send to me and I will have Apostilled for you. Kurt Geisler 351 N. 169^th Ave Goodyear, AZ. 85338. If not, you will need to go to your Secretary of State’s office in your state for the necessary Apostille. I already have maximum of 3 proxies coming to me, so please select someone else, or let me know if you need me to find you a favorable owner to take your proxy. I can deliver your proxy to your owner of choice at the meeting.

Another change in property management could mean to you; loss of rentals, loss of reputation, degradation of services.
