My husband and I and 4 teenage girls stayed for 5 days. We had an awesome time! The condo is beautiful and very clean. People at the front desk were more than accommodating. Wonderful view of the ocean and amazing patio to enjoy it from. We will definitely be back!!!

You can't find a better place in Rocky Point to relax and soak it all in. The location, the view and the overall feel of home in this condo is amazing! We have chosen to stay in this particular unit multiple times while visiting Rocky Point because it is so awesome. One major perk is a beautifully and I mean BEAUTIFULLY done/upgraded kitchen with all cooking utensils/pots/pans/coffee pot etc. All the guests that have visited this condo comment on what a beautiful kitchen it is (which is a main piece of the condo). I would highly recommend specifically staying in this unit and will definitely stay again on future trips!

The condo itself was a great size, everything worked as it should have and it was clean. The only two things I would suggest is if they would update their cookware as well as the cushions they have out on the patios outside furniture, other than that, it was a great trip! Source: VRBO

If you want a very reasonable vacation with awesome views of the ocean and sunset, then this is your place to go. The rental company makes your check in easy and your stay very relaxing. The condo was beautiful and very well taken care of with an unbelievable view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. The restaurant on site was awesome and the pool was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and take great care of the grounds. We will definitely stay there again!!

This room was easy to book, had a great view and was clean. Zero problems with room. We have stayed at many condos on Sandy Beach, but this one leaves a lot to be desired for the staff making you feel welcome. Checking in almost made us want to leave. The front desk treats you like you are trash basically. We were told at least 5 times that we were going to be kicked out without warning if we even violated the smallest rule. They really made us uncomfortable as if they would be walking around searching for reasons to kick guests out. So only 4 stars. Not the condo owners fault but they really need some training at the front desk to learn how to make guests feel welcome and want to come back. Not sure if we will ever go to the Spa again and we go to PP 6 or 7 times a year. Source: VRBO

En general el Condominio estaba muy acojedor y la verdad muy limpio. Casi todo en funcion por algunos puntos de mejora para que el servicio sea de mejor calidad para cuando uno va en familia. me gusto mucho la seguridad del lugar y la atencion en todas las areas y en especial de la alberca asi puede estar uno mas agusto con la familia y disfrutar sanamente. We had a great time as it was really comfortable staying in the config!! We also loved the nice warm water of the sea minus the little bit of rocks!! We would of enjoyed it more if our Wi-Fi wasn't as terrible as it was!! We had Netflix but couldn't connect to it!! Need to enforced the pool rules more and for everyone not just a few persons!!!
