Overall great condo. It seems recently remodeled. We had a good time, we would stay again.

The condo is bright and beautiful and the view is amazing. Definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed in Mexico. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly clean when we arrived.The dishwasher didn't work which was unfortunate.They did send maintenance right away to fix it when I mentioned it, but he was until unable to do so.And then the next day I guess they sent a different maintenance person.But they could not enter since we were not in the condo at this time.The store and restaurant on site were great! Excellent quality and reasonable prices. All the staff we ran into were really friendly and awesome. Spa staff was very talented! Excellent masseuses!Some locals on day passes from relatives that worked at the resort lost their minds on us when we wanted to use the hot tub without the jets on. (The chlorine gas fumes were intense and our kids have asthma)We asked if they'd be willing to move to the adults only hot tub a few feet away (since they were adults). They said we should move. We asked staff on duty in the pool if we could go to the hot tub, but since party of our group was children they said it was impossible and that they'd turn the bubbles off and ask the other group to move if they wanted bubbles. But the other group became vocally aggressive, swearing at the kids and threatening us. They were shouting that because they were locals and this was their town and their home that they owned the hot tub we left rather than get physical

Very impressed with room, cleanliness and location. Would definitely go back. Wanted beach towels and was told had to give my ID to be able to use them. They already took a deposit from me, so I didn't think it was necessary to leave my ID. They already photocopied my passport as well.

It was overall very nice stay. Everything was neat, clean, and in order. Would definitely stay again.

Property was great and had all amenities. Great for families of all ages. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessities, all you need is to bring food for that late midnight snack. A/C runs cold. Would consider renting property again. Source: VRBO

Our stay was fantastic!! I would definitely stay here again. Just a couple things would have really helped. There was only 1 key available to us…which was a huge hassle when there were 6 of us!! We like to actually listen to Spanish tv while we are there and none of the remotes had batteries and on/off switches could not be found😊 And host never responded to any messages but luckily the staff at the front desk were awesome!! The resort condo, restaurant, pool and beach were all clean and comfortable. The gentlemen at the front desk for check in and check out was friendly and courteous. I found it odd though, that when we booked through the resort website it said up to 8 people for our condo but when we checked in, he mentioned 2 bedrooms are only for 6 people. Looking back at my confirmation email it also says up 8 people. He was very nice and it was no issue and I am glad he mentioned it, I am just not sure why the website gives different information. This will definitely be on our list of resorts to stay at again!
