A lot of rules but understandable as a lot of people live here full or part time. The resort staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Close to great food, booze, and activities. Was nice to be away from Malecon but close enough to get there quickly. We spent a lot of time in the Sandy Beach area this trip and discovered more of Cholla Bay. We rented condo #106 and wanted to share a very enjoyable visit to RockyPoint. The condo was located such that it was great access from the parking lot and the Sandy Beach area. The owners have taken great pride in that it was clean, fresh and well decorated. The view out the windows was so awsome. We had a great time and 'thank you" for the escape!!

The condo is our retreat for the week. It has all we need and everything is neat, clean and well kept. Every thing is also easy access. When the ⁹front curtain is opened its truly a beautiful view! And margaritas time! Thank you for our unforgettable time! T and M

The Sonoran Spa has many rooms to choose from but my family and I always stay at 106 West. The room is always clean and has plenty of room for bigger families. With the patio seating you can see the sunrise and sunset on the ocean in front of you as it has a perfectly clear view. My wife and I both enjoyed the ability to walk to the pool just a few yards from the patio door or just a few steps further and we are walking toes in the sand right on the beach! With plenty to do around town and on the beach we love staying here! Thank you so much for always providing a safe and comfortable place to stay!

Security was really strict with enforcing COVID rules. Masks must be worn at all time outside of your condo. Curfew & quite hours were properly enforced as well. Condo was really nice & exact about description. Only negative condo only had 4 towels no wash clothes or hand towels but checked out from front counter. I also had to buy paper towels and ask front desk for TP. Other than that excellent place. Source: VRBO

I always stay at room W106, it is always clean and has everything we need. Just recently updated the room as well! The resort staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a gated front and security walking and monitoring all hours of the day. The pool is huge and has a slide for kids, or if you want to go just a few steps down and the beach is right there! Out front, there are two restaurants with live bands certain nights. There is also an on property convenience store and restaurant. You will have everything you need and could ever want. The pier is just 10 minute drive with even more shops and food choices! Relax and enjoy Rocky Point at it's best!<br /> Source: Google
