Wonderful, clean condo, on 7th floor, overlooking the beach. Everything was 'as advertised' in the listing. Amazing views and the beach was just down the stairs/elevator. Wife and I brought mom here for 2 nights. This was her first time in Mexico and she enjoyed it...also her first time trying tequila! Would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again. This unit is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you can possibly need. There were even beach chairs which was a great surprise as we had forgotten ours. The laundry room was an added bonus and came in handy. The place is beautifully furnished and the balcony had plenty of comfortable seating, including an electric bbq. Inside, the furnishings were very attractive and there was even an electric fireplace for a cool night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. We were never able to get the living room TV to work beyond Netflix, which was fine; the owners provided this free of charge. The wifi never really worked either, but our phones had excellent service and reception, so that wasn't a bother to much either. The entire staff, from check-in to security was extremely friendly. We can't wait to go back, we hope to stay in this is unit again.

Had a bit of a problem with another booking for a different resort and this property made it so easy and if ever there is a problem, I can see that there is always someone to help out. Highly recommend this property. Others are not as courteous or helpful.

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend. It was beyond gorgeous! Granite countertops, comfy chairs, couch and beds! Just perfect! The security and staff were very accommodating and professional. A very relaxing place to go!

Great property with phenomenal views!! It felt very safe & had great restaurants within walking distance. The condo had any items you would need for cooking with a great grill on the patio that we used everyday. Beds were comfy although the pillows could be replaced. They had 4- beach chairs which was really nice. A few beach towels would have come in handy. This was the perfect getaway, would definitely come here again! Thank you.

Loved this condo!! It was our first time here-we usually stay at the Sea, but I personally preferred this resort because it is more peaceful at the pool and beach 🙂 Clean, great view-comfortable for my whole family-just wish we could have stayed longer and wish we could have gotten into it just a bit earlier- all in all very happy!! My favorite spot in all of Rocky Point; the views are amazing from the comfortable balcony. I love falling asleep listening to the waves hit the shore with the sliding doors open. What a relaxing and peaceful place! High speed Internet with Netflix make staying home easy when you don't want to be out on the town.
