During a routine audit, we discovered that there was a calculation error coming from our Streamline (Resort Pro) software provider. This began 2 statement cycles ago. The calculation error is effecting the owner statements but not all owners are being effected. The issue is not affecting owners in a negative way and actually quite the opposite. Some owners were not being charged for the maintenance services we provided. We brought this to the attention of our software provider and they have so far been unable to remedy the situation but are working on it.
Because we know the importance of our payments to you being on time, we began immediately doing manual calculations of all statements and you have been being paid continuously each month. Some owners in the past may have been overpaid but we cannot determine the depth of this issue until the software calculation error is fixed in the software and we can run audits.
We will notify you once this problem has been remedied and also separately to any owners whose statement balances may change.
