MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES

This is our third and should be final communication on Memory Foam Mattresses for your Sofa Sleeper. Several owners have already gotten these in and the results have been very good. People (children) sleeping on them find them more comfortable and it makes for a much more enjoyable experience when staying in your Condo. In our past bulletins on the delivery of the memory foam mattresses we mentioned that all you need to do is drop the mattress at our rental office and we will take it from there. For those of you that cannot personally deliver to our office, we have found the simplest solution is to ship to the Lukeville Arizona border and we will have Burrito Express pickup and transport them to Rocky Point. We will pick-up, deliver from Burrito Express and install in your condo for free. Here is the final cost breakdown we were provided. Burrito Express charges $20 dlls normally for the service, but the package for the mattress is 45 pounds (20kg) so Burritos is charging $40 dlls per delivery. Aduana (shipment receiver in Lukeville) fee remains $10 per package received. So the total cost will be $50.00. We will bill your owners account.

Please search on Amazon for “memory foam sofa sleeper” (or use link previously provided) and you will find several options. Select the best option or price for you but make sure it is a “memory foam”. When checking out add a gift receipt (no charge) and write in the text area: your name and unit number. This will allow us to confirm the mattress to your condo.
