The end of 2015 is upon us and we would like to inform you about the upcoming news and programs that we have for you! Feel free to let us know your concerns, opinions and suggestions! We are always listening to you.

Castaways maintenance services

 

We want to inform you about our maintenance services, features and pricing for this month.
Maintenance services on winter area not mandatory but area necessary.
For OPT-IN(Accept) on our maintenance program please contact us by calling (480) 498-7922 or seding an email to info@sonoranspareservations.com requesting our maintenance services.

Castaways charges $25 per hour for general services. Specially area quoted as needed.

Air Conditioning Service per unit in condo

  • From 2 to 5 Ton System $69.95 + Tax
  • Mini splits $39.95
  • Windows Units $29.95
  • A/C Filter change $5 per filter, plus filter when unit requires

Refrigerators service

  • $25 + Tax per service: Consist wire check, condenser cleaning, lubricate motor, check valves.

Pest Control (every 3 months)

CONDOS

  • 1 bedroom – $29.95 each 2 months
  • 2 bedroom – $39.95 each 3 months
  • 3 bedroom – $49.95 each 3 months
  • 4 bedroom – $59.95 each 3 months

HOMES

  • 1 bedroom – $59.95 each 3 months
  • 2 bedroom – $59.95 each 3 months
  • 3 bedroom – $59.95 each 3 months
  • 4 bedroom – $69.95 each 3 months
  • 5 bedroom – $79.95 each 3 months
  • Bigger Homes $10 Dollars more per additional bedroom

Annual Spring cleaning Charge 2 times the normal cleaning fee. Done between January and March.

  • Regular Light Bulbs $1 each

Annual Maintenance Package:

  • CONDOS – $129 – 1 bedroom, $20 for each additional bedroom.
  • HOMES – $179 – 1 bedroom, $25 for each additional bedroom.

Gas Propane Refills, Barbecues & Chimney

  • 15 Lb. tank $15 bigger tanks depending on capacity
  • BBQ cleaning $25
  • Chimney cleaning $35

Water cistern refills for homes

  • $44 per truck

Septic system pump

  • $64.17 for 3,500Lt2 Minimum, price varies above 3,500Lt2
  • $110 for 7,500Lt2 full truck pipe

*Important: April’s A/C maintenance service is mandatory.

 

Google business, Yahoo! and Bing

 

Sonoran Spa is now active on Google. We have been active for some time now on Bing and Yahoo. When you type our keywords: Sonoran Spa, Sonoran Spa Reservations, Sonoran Spa rentals etc; we will appear near the top of the results on all three major search engines. This is a budget based system PPC (Pay-Per-Click) that may become exhausted sometime during the day but first thing in the morning we should appear. Please do not click on the link as this will cost us and reduce our budget and therefore time us out faster from our top position.

We are currently optimizing our existing site so that we get a better Organic position in search results. Organic is natural position and does not cost if someone clicks on your link. This is the best of course. Social media

New Website Under Construction

We begin again the process of building a new website for the Sonoran Spa. We had one under development but our reservations software provider change the way their software functions and we are integrated with their system. The good news is what they have created is very good and will help in so many ways. We will have a new design that is very impressive and once we have a demo site up we will be sharing with owners that have an interest in participating in its development. This new software product will be over all platforms and very mobile friendly. The booking process is greatly simplified and the way it presents our resort is amazing.

Off Season

 

Now that we area in the off-season rest assured this is a very active time for us. It gives us the opportunity to plan and set into motion our 2016 marketing plan. We will also be working hard through all channels to bring bookings for this slow winter period. We offer specials to entice the travelers to experience our resort or return and we do this through newsletters and email announcements to our past guests. The importance of this is to create a relationship that will keep them coming back at all times of the year.
